The Nixa Iron Eagle Strength and Speed program will host it's Day of Champions and the Missouri Strongest Man Competition on July 24, 2021.

The Day of Champions event provides any Nixa athlete with the opportunity to showcase and demonstrate their strength gains from the summer to the community. Each athlete will perform two lifts with 1-5 max reps of their choosing (squat, bench, clean or deadlift).

There is no fee associated for Nixa athletes to participate in the Day of Champions event. Those athletes who do participate will receive two free family passes. Otherwise, admission is $5 and will be paid at the gate upon entry. The $5 fee also guarantees spectator rights to the Strongman Competition.

The Missouri Strongest Man Competition will consist of athletes performing five events: Log Press, Frame Carry to Sandbag Medley, Yoke, Sandbag Over Bar and Car Deadlift.

Both events begin at 9 a.m. and will take place at Eagle Stadium, each on one half of the field.
