This morning, Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023, members of the Central Ozark Conference approved the admittance of Kickapoo High School and Glendale High School into the conference, effective for the 2024-2025 school year.

Kickapoo and Glendale both are moving from the Ozark Conference. The new additions to the conference brings together districts with enrollment numbers all over 1000. High school enrollment numbers: Joplin 1,664, Kickapoo 1,507, Nixa 1,478, Ozark 1,369, Carthage 1,232, Neosho 1,157, Republic 1,148, Glendale 1,098, Willard 1,061, and Webb City 1,011.

We are excited to welcome the Chiefs and Falcons into the COC and look forward to future competitions.
