The 2025 80th Annual Blue and Gold Tournament bracket and seeds have been released.

The tournament will be held Dec. 26-27 and 29-30 on the campus of Missouri State University.

For the fifth consecutive year, Nixa received the top seed in the tournament, seeking to hoist the title after finishing fifth the previous year, as the Eagles were upset on a near half-court buzzer beater by Boliver (59-56).

The Eagles are participating in their 63rd year of the tournament and enter this year's competition with an overall record of 126-54.  

Nixa is slated to face Fair Grove in the opening round on Friday, Dec. 26, at 11 a.m. in the Great Southern Bank Arena.

Nixa and Fair Grove squared off last in the 2022 and 2023 Blue and Gold semifinals, where Nixa prevailed in a hard-fought defensive battles, 53-45 and 45-39, en route to raising its 11th and 12th tournament titles. Nixa owns an all-time record of 5-0 against Fair Grove, all of which came in this holiday tournament.

Hartville has the No. 2 seed, followed by Ozark, Bolivar, Branson, Greenwood, Parkview, and Stockton.
