Nixa boys basketball completed its 2024-25 season with a 3rd place finish in the MSHSAA Class 6 State Show-Me Showdown Final Four Tournament.

In the semifinals, the Eagles fourth-quarter comeback fell short to eventual state champ Oak Park 60-51.

Nixa responded back in the early morning 10 a.m. 3rd place game with a dominating 23-point win, 56-33, over Lafayette to bring home the bronze.

Nixa finished the year with a record of 29-3 and crowed the conference and district championship, along with the Rogers, Ark. and KSA Pre-Events Fla. Tournament championships. Senior Jaise Combs and sophomore Adam McKnight tabbed Class 6 All-State honors from the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association.
