Nixa Bass Fishing Team Member Requirements
To be a member of the Nixa Schools Bass Fishing Team each two person team must recruit and provide a Volunteer Boat Captain committed to the team for each season they remain on the team. Both team members must be students enrolled in Nixa School; amd have reviewed/completed below items.

- $50.00 Annual Membership Dues
- Membership in National Youth Fishing Association ($60 Online Pay) & NYFA Liability Release
- National Youth Fishing Association Tournament Entry Fees
- MSHSAA Eligibility/Authorization/Liability Waiver/Insurance Info (FINAL FORMS)
- Citizenship/Drug Testing Agreement (FINAL FORMS)
- Complete Missouri Boater Safety Training
- MSHSAA Physical (FINAL FORMS)
- Parents and student complete online MSHSAA Parent Meeting (FINAL FORMS)
- Commitment Form
- Transportation Permission Form
- Cost of Team Jersey ($50 to $75 – Community sponsors?)
- Coast Guard Approved Personal Flotation Device
- Missouri Border Fishing License
- Fishing Equipment (Rods, reels, lures, etc.)
- Foul Weather Gear/Clothing
