Nixa Public Schools is honored to announce that Jenny Talbert will be the new head girls basketball coach for Nixa High School.
Talbert is currently the head coach for Fair Grove High School in Fair Grove, Missouri, where she has served 13 years as head coach. She has a total of 18 years experience as a girls basketball coach.
"I am very excited to have the opportunity to coach at one of the premier programs in the state. As a high school basketball coach, this is a dream job. I am looking forward to building upon the rich tradition of excellence in Nixa athletics," stated Talbert.
Dr. Brandon Clark, director of athletics and activities stated, "We are very excited to bring coach Talbert into the Nixa family and community. She is regarded as one of the best coaches in southwest Missouri, if not the state, not only for what she produces on the court, but also for the character and leadership she brings to her program."
